If Atenty doesn't serve, you don't pay
That's the whole policy in one line. The details below are just as simple: no lock-in, no penalty, no runaround.
The simple rule
If in a given period Atenty wasn't active caring for your customers, that period isn't charged. If for any reason it was already charged, it's refunded in full. Charging for care that never happened would be the exact opposite of what Atenty promises your customers — and you.
Cancel anytime
There's no lock-in and no penalty. If you cancel halfway through an already-paid period, we refund the proportional part of the days left unused. No strange withholdings, and no need to explain why you're leaving.
How the refund is made
The refund goes back to the same payment method you used, and we email you when it's issued. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or your card, not on us — and if it's delayed, you write to us and we follow it like any other case: until it's closed.
Incorrect charges
If through a mistake of ours you were charged too much, twice, or for something that wasn't owed, it's refunded in full. You don't have to fight for it or prove it with screenshots: we detect it, fix it, and let you know.
Today's reservation
Saving your spot is free: nothing has been charged yet, so there's nothing to refund. Your founding price stays saved under your name, and billing starts only when you activate the service.
How to ask
One email to [email protected] is enough. No endless forms and no retention flows disguised as a "cancellation process".
